Graduating in 2003, Heidi obtained a master’s degree in translation (Dutch, French and English) from University College Ghent.
She was hired as a purchaser by an international electronics wholesaler that specialises in communication systems for niche markets.
She also took evening classes Spanish and Chinese. Over time the urge to put her language skills to use in a professional environment simply became too strong and in 2019 a radical career change saw her take up a new challenge as project manager at No Problem!.
